No there is no any news of Rani breaking up or going steady with Yashraj honcho Aditya Chopra or of her discovering a new love. Instead bong bombshell is now determined to look slim and trim to join in the race with Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra who possesses a wooing figure. In terms of sultry figure, the new Bollywood beauties pushed Rani back. In order to devote more time on gym, Rani has set up a new gym at her own home and devotes two hours daily in trimming her size. She has developed a love for gymming at home and at any cost, she finds out time to devote to it.
The trainer who helped Rani to set up her exercise place is Aamir’s trainer, Satyajit Chaurasia who helped him to get Ghajini muscles. Says Satyajit, "Rani's been working out with me for the last five years. I recently helped set up her own personal gym at her Juhu bungalow.
Though I set up a gym at her Yari road flat too, the Juhu one is better. We started with just the treadmill and now have the ellipticals, exercise bikes, weight benches, pull-up bars, exercise balls, dumb bells and weights stuff suitable for women."
Satya informs, "Rani hasn't lost much in terms of weight but she has toned up a lot. She's small in size so she doesn't need to lose weight but needs to acquire lean muscle. The actress maintains a balanced diet of 40 per cent carbohydrates, 35 per cent proteins and 15 per cent fat”.
Rani changes her diet after every 10 days. "Her current diet includes lots of green vegetables, egg whites, fish, sprouts and karela (bitter gourd) shots," informs Satyajit.
